Business Development Manager

Job Purpose:

Recruits Insurance agents and build strong team. Communicates company strategy to the team. Motivates team members and drives performance. Provides help including training, developing and keeps management updated on team performance. Shares reports, status and communicates action plans among team members and business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Life Insurance agents and create a successful culture in our office that promotes the company’s values and standards
  • Manage and service team client portfolio
  • Lead and motivate team in the achievements of agreed targets for both team and individual performance
  • Drive and share best practices across own team
  • set targets and monitor goals; daily, weekly, and monthly.
  • Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks.
  • Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about targets, team performance, and mission-related objectives to management.
  •  Promote customer centricity and ensure focus on creating great customer experiences to achieve competitive advantage.

Candidate Qualifications:  

  • University Graduates with Official Lebanese Baccalaureate
  • Minimum five years of experience in Sales
  • Minimum five years of experience in people’s Management
  • Proven track record of positive sales performance
  • Highly motivated and Goal oriented

Team Leadership Experience, Leadership Skills, Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills, Motivational Skills, Results-Oriented, Training Experience, Interviewing Skills, Sales Skills, Self-Motivation, Strong Relationship Building, Customer Service Skills.
