How do I access myMetLife?
To register, all you need is your policy number and the password that MetLife has issued to you. Once you have this, it's a simple two-steps process.
- First, click on this link to register your policy along with the password that we issued - myMetLife
- Once it has been registered, create your own personalized login by providing your e-mail address and a new password.
Once you have registered, you can now login using your e-mail address and password.

How do I get my policy password?
If you have not yet received your password, let us know by
- Writing to us via the "Contact us" form, or
- Calling our Customer Service Department on +961 1 352752
- Sending us an e-mail at lb-support@metlifealico.com
Remember to quote your policy number in all your correspondence so we can issue the password. If you have more than one policy with us, please provide all the policy numbers.
