Out of the MetLife’s keenness to provide maximum protection to its insured customers and their beneficiaries, with regards to the declaration of the Coronavirus (Covid-19) as a pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO); our individual Life, Accident & Health and Disability insured customers and their beneficiaries, are covered as a result of Coronavirus, in accordance with the general terms and conditions of their policies.

Any claim presented due to the coronavirus, will be processed in the same way as for any other cause that is included within the terms and conditions of the policy.

Accident and Health Insurance Collapsed Expanded

Any In-Hospital claim presented due to the coronavirus, will be processed in the same way as for any other cause that is included within the terms and conditions of the policy.

What if I suspect I am infected with COVID-19 or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive? Collapsed Expanded

Members with symptoms should visit an authorized medical facility or contact the local health authorities. The Doctor will assess and decide if the member needs to be tested for COVID-19 as per protocols established by the local regulator.
