Business Development Executive Job Purpose:
Leads a distribution channel and grows the business. Communicates company strategy to the team. Motivates team members and drives performance. Provides help including hiring and training, and keeps management updated on team performance. Communicates action plans among management and team members.
Manage distribution channels and create a successful culture in our offices that promotes the company’s values and standards
Lead and motivate team in the achievement of agreed targets for both team and individual performance
Develop effective working relationships with all team members, key stakeholders & customers to support in delivery of objectives
Work collaboratively with the Leadership team to flex resource, increase knowledge and utilize market insight to motivate change and improvements
Recruit, Train, and Coach and assist in the search for the best candidates.
Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance
Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks.
Drive and share best practices across own team
Set targets and monitor goals; daily, weekly, and monthly.
Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about targets, team performance, and mission-related objectives to management.
Promote customer centricity and ensure focus on creating great customer experiences to achieve competitive advantage.
University Graduates with Official Lebanese Baccalaureate
Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development
Minimum 1 year managerial experience
Highly motivated and Goal oriented
Ability to direct and be a mentor by actively working to attain objectives
