Management Associate Program
This one-year program is for qualified MBA graduates.
The management training schedule is customized to reflect each associate’s career interests, and develop areas of expertise through a hands-on approach. Measurable objectives will be set for each associate and job assignments will be specified accordingly. The training also includes special industry courses offered by the US Life Office Management Association (LOMA) and other life insurance related subjects.
After completing the Program, Management Associates will be on the fast track to a successful career in the company.
